Heart cracks open

Everything will be okay. Trust me

x
Djo – ‘End of Beginning’

Happens once in a while.

Whenever I feel

true elation,

profound gratification;

My heart cracks open,

tears find their way out.

I cry.

For,

memories flood in,

of bittersweet experiences that shaped me,

of few good people that cared,

of deliberate observations that became my roadmap,

I cry — fully content.

When was the last time you took a moment — only for yourself.

Happy New Year 2026.

Whatever that means.

Namaste.

Today is the youngest you will ever be

Everyday, once in a while, breathe on purpose, with purpose or without.

~ Musicpervs
Angie McMahon – Serotonin

Go look yourself in the mirror today and look at your photographs from 10 years ago.

You will know.

You have changed!

Good chances are that 10 years from today you will again be a completely new person.

In 10 years,

things you worry about,

things that keep you awake all night,

things that feels like nightmare,

things you dread,

things that is killing you, hurting you,

things that are weighing you down,

will have absolutely

0 consequences,

0 effects,

0 significance,

0 weight,

0 value.

For,

after 50, no matter how beautiful,… preety you were; your beauty will have zero currency value.

After 60, no matter how prestigious life you must have lived; your status game goes to trash

After 70, the house you’ve built with your hard-earned blood, sweat and tears will not be as valuable when the knee pain starts creeping in.

After 80, no matter if you are a billionaire, your life will be limited to couple bucks of medicines and a strict diet routine.

Gist of it all:

time will never be ‘just-right’,

time will never wait,

time only and only leads us to our aged, weathered, weaker self.

Which is why,

Stop!

And, cherish whatever you have at this minute, the hours and the day.

Work on your gratitude muscle and spend your mental bandwidth all wide-awake, with care and a little bit of harmless selfishness.

Today is the youngest you will ever be.

Sleep on it.

What is the most important thing right now?

Your mind is your biggest enemy.

Musicpervs

Your mind wants to keep you safe.

She tries to make you as comfortable as you can be.

She wants you to have less stress.

less pain, less to none problems,

have a happy life or at least the feel of it.

She wants to protect you from everything that frightens you.

You might be going through rough waves.

People questioning your character,

belittling you.

hurting you.

Visibly your brain is deep fried.

Ruminating thoughts — draining you,

sucking your energy,

turning you off.

These suckers try intimidation,

terrifies,

gaslights,

pressures,

and step over you at every opportunities they get.

Startling you,

keeping your senses tingling.

keeping you wide awake!

The antidote to all these crap is to come-to-senses.

Realize.

Actualize.

Accept, everything is a facade!

Far far-fetched from the reality.

Ask, what is the most important thing to me right now?

Ask often.

Ask when there’s emptiness.

Ask when you sense a drift.

Ask when you have rumination.

Ask when you need help.

Namaste.

Speak Less

The more you use your voice without care and caution, the more substance you spend at the expense of your integrity and self-worth.

The Hanging Tree’ James Newton Howard ft. Jennifer Lawrence

Speak Less.

Actions speak.

Silence serves you.

You — Grind.
